On Track Health takes a novel approach to helping women improve their health. We step away from the traditional classroom scene for learning and go outdoors to the trails, an environment conducive to your health. You spend the day learning and actively engaging in three key health-promoting lifestyle behaviours: exercising, healthy eating, and connecting with nature. Our trips provide a fun, safe and supportive environment, inspiring women and providing them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to get on track to living a healthy life.
We operate in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Coromandel regions year-round and offer a range of day hikes for all levels of fitness and experience. Day hikes are limited to a maximum of five ladies.
