On Track Health takes a novel approach to helping women improve their health. We step away from the traditional classroom scene for learning and go outdoors to the trails, an environment that is conducive to your health. You will spend the day learning and actively engaging in three key health-promoting lifestyle behaviours: exercise, healthy eating, and connecting with nature. Our trips provide a fun and supportive environment for women to gain the knowledge, skills, confidence, and motivation to get on track to living a healthier life.
We operate in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Coromandel regions year-round, and offer a range of day hikes for all levels of fitness and experience. Day hikes are kept to a maximum of five ladies.
