KISS Package (Keep it Something Special)

The Stables Cottage is a charming converted barn with a high vaulted ceiling where the hay loft used to be.  This package is for couples that want to have a special day without all the fuss. The Stables is located behind the homestead allowing for total privacy.  

What's included:

1 night accommodation in the quaint Stables Cottage

Early check-in at 12:00 pm

Sparkling wine and chocolates upon arrival

Ceremony at 2:00 pm in the gardens

Celebrant and two witnesses (the legal stuff)

Delicious breakfast hamper delivered to you in the morning

Late check-out of 11:00 am so you have time to relax and enjoy your first day as a married couple

Simply You Package

The setting of the homestead is what truly sets us apart from other venues and will tap into your romantic soul.  All rooms are furnished with antiques and hold on to the heritage of the Victorian era, but with modern conveniences.  You'll have complete privacy as our exclusive guests, with enough time to relax and fully take in your special day.  

What's included:

2 nights exclusive use of a romantic and historic Victorian Homestead (access to the Victorian and Cadman ensuite bedrooms, private lounge and dining room)

Champagne and chocolates in your room upon arrival

Celebrant and two witnesses (the legal stuff!)

Delicious breakfast each morning (check out our Breakfast Menu here)

Light lunch platter on the day of your ceremony

Late check-out for a nice easy start on your first morning as a married couple

During Winter  (June 1st - September 30th) the ceremony will be held indoors by the stunning hand-carved wood fireplace in the kauri lounge.   The package includes classic seasonal fresh flowers displayed throughout the room. 

During Spring/Summer (October 1st to April 30th) the ceremony will be held outdoors in our ultra-romantic French birdcage gazebo. *** If the weather doesn't cooperate the ceremony will be moved indoors to the kauri lounge for our fireplace ceremony.
