Take your time!!
Roads are both scenic and winding on The Coromandel.
Overtaking slow traffic can be difficult. Allow generous time for both a relaxed drive and stops en route.

The Peninsula's east and west coasts meet on the recently sealed northern link between Whitianga and Coromandel town.

With stunning elevated views and plenty to explore along the way, be sure to stop and take in the journey. There's certainly no hurry there.
