Rooftops is situated in the heart of Whitianga. A short 5 minute stroll will take you into the township and the numerous cafes and restaurants. The beach is a short 2 minute walk and it is very safe for swimming. We have a well established garden with lovely shade trees, fruit trees and Neil's veggie garden with all manner of produce. Since we have taken over the property we have embarked on an upgrade of the apartments with new bathrooms and we are looking forward to a new summer season.
