Paul’s passion of NZ’s native wilderness, wildlife, conservation and his love of the ocean, have been used as themes and inspiration in his paintings by using simple shapes, design repetition and bright graduation of colours.
Paul and Maree run GALLERY27 which enables them to display and sell Paul’s work as well as meeting lots of interesting people. Paul exhibits his work throughout New Zealand and has been successful overseas.
Paul’s philosophy is that a painting is hung to make you feel happy whenever you wake up in the morning…. That’s priceless!
