www.thecoromandel.com is owned and operated by Destination Hauraki Coromandel.

In these terms and conditions, we or us means Destination Hauraki Coromandel. You means your company and the products represented by your company. By listing on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Eligible

To be eligible to list on the website under the categories below, businesses must be aligned with the primary objective of this website. That is, to deliver a comprehensive collection of visitor-related experiences in The Coromandel, for the purpose of helping visitors consider, plan and book a holiday here.
All listings must offer a unique regional experience or deliver a regional feel. We generally do not feature national brands (e.g. McDonald's, Mobil, Subway) that provide well-known and defined services across Aotearoa New Zealand and worldwide.

Display of Information

Once we receive your request, we will endeavour to display your information as soon as possible. We reserve the right to remove your product information at any time. We reserve the right to change the amount of information and format of each listing at any level at any time and without prior notice.

Payment

There is no charge to list a product, however, this may be subject to change. Should a fee structure be put in place prior notification would be made and an opt-out option available.

Copyright

Product information remains the property of the product owner, however by displaying this information on a public website you are authorising the downloading and use of this information for the individual use of the site visitor. You acknowledge that there are no copyright breaches occurring as a result of displaying your information, or part thereof, on this site and you will be liable for any actions taken against us as a result of any breach of copyright for information or images you have supplied.

Privacy

We will contact you from time to time to request your information be updated and to provide information on other services available from us. We may distribute your product information to other digital devices that exist or are yet to be invented in order to maximise the distribution of your information to the travelling public.

Delivery of Information

We endeavour to deliver www.thecoromandel.com continuously and include your information in that delivery process. However, the internet is inherently unstable and subject to occasional downtime where information cannot be delivered. Our internal systems may also require occasional downtime to allow for maintenance of the information and systems.

The Coromandel website (www.thecoromandel.com) utilises Tourism New Zealand’s (TNZ) operator database, via an automatic feed (API) to pull operator listings within The Coromandel region.

The centralised nature of the feed means changes to your core information via www.register.newzealand.com/en/home/ will be reflected on both www.thecoromandel.com and www.newzealand.com.

Currency

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Health and Safety

All businesses must operate as a legal and reputable tourism entity and meet their obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
