yourself to move into the faster paced Yang energy of Summer is of such importance. Spring also traditionally serves as the ideal time to rest and reset.

Embrace release at our Spring Reset Retreat as we nurture ourselves with cleansing yoga and breath practices, supportive restorative meditation, liberating journaling, explorative dance, nourishing organic vegetarian food and feminine ceremony. Reconnect with yourself and like-minded women as we explore tools to slow down, deepen your intuition and step towards the light of Summer with inner strength.
