- For each Recipe, they are voted on by clicking the facebook like button below the recipe.
- Winners will be notified by email.
- By entering, you consent to your name and recipe being published on our Facebook page and website and, if you are a winner, to your name, recipe and photograph being published and used for publicity purposes.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prizes cannot be varied and are not transferable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any winning entries. Tampering with the entry process, or submitting an entry not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will disqualify the entry.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for misdirected or late entries or any entries that for whatever reason, are not received by the Promoter or are incomplete.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers, or any combination thereof. Nor is it responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the challenge, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the challenge. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries. If for any reason the challenge is not capable of running as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of the challenge, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the challenge.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by or to any person in connection with the challenge or with winning or benefiting from a prize.
- Each participant acknowledges and agrees that the challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or in any way associated with Facebook. By participating you release Facebook from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury by or to any person in connection with the challenge or with winning or benefiting from a prize and waive any and all claims you may have against Facebook in relation to the challenge.
